Aldo Ghirardello and Greta Pllana also started from photography as a trace and memory. The first presents a series of watercolors on canvas board that rework images of his childhood birthdays. The Polaroid format of the blurry faded image suggests a distant and carefree time where everything was suspended magic. Ghirardello this transposition is regulated in a time that does not change but which nostalgically vanishes. The fading makes the memory always alive, but more and more distant, elusive.
